Who we work with
We work with junior lawyers through to partners, all with differing experience, ambitions and priorities. A key part of our role is to make sure we understand what you are looking for and approach your job search in a way you are comfortable with, and at a pace that suits you. For some people the process will take a matter of weeks, for others we work to find that perfect spot over the course of months or, in a few cases, years. We see our role as opening doors to opportunities, it will always be your decision whether you choose to walk through.

Preparing a CV is one of the early steps on the road to finding a new job, and we can offer advice on preparing a CV that best showcases your experience. It is what will get you through the door and so it needs to be the best it can be. Bear in mind that drafting skills are crucial for a lawyer and so employers will be assessing your experience and also the document itself.

Interview Advice
Very few people would admit they enjoy interviews but it remains an almost universal step in any recruitment process. We can guide you through the process and will be readily available for pre-interview pep talks and post-interview debriefs as necessary. The goal is always to get to the job offer so that you are the one making the final decision whether to accept or not.
