Thank You and Goodbye

And so, after more years than I am comfortable admitting, I have made the decision to leave recruitment and close the doors of Rhodes McLeod Consulting. It has been a true privilege to work with so many fantastic lawyers and law firms across New Zealand and in London and Sydney before that. If you are reading this then I may have helped you find a new role, and perhaps even placed you more than once.

Thank you so much to all those who have been part of my recruitment career, in particular friends and colleagues over the years. There were also so many other cheer leaders that gave me support, advice and confidence over that time as well.

My next chapter sees me move to a different role in a different industry, but still dealing with people. It is the bit I always enjoyed the most.
