The Story of Rhodes McLeod
Whilst we are still working in legal recruitment, we are involved in a wider range of projects, consulting and contract work. It feels like the culmination of the experience I have gained working with the profession over the last twenty plus years.
The McLeod part will hopefully be familiar and represents the evolution from my role at McLeod Duminy. McLeod was my maiden name and I am very proud of the hundreds of years of Scottish history that come with it. The Rhodes part is a nod to my grandparents. My grandfather, Sam Rhodes, tried to persuade my grandmother, Joan, to migrate to New Zealand from the UK after he served with Kiwis in Italy during the war, but they never did. I like to think he would get a kick out of his name being on a New Zealand company.
