This team works with its clients across technology, e-commerce, media and entertainment and telecommunications. Dealing with established, blue chip organisations through to exciting start-ups flying the flag at home and overseas.
On the one hand they advise on some of the largest and most complex ICT procurement and implementation projects in New Zealand, in both the private and public sectors, including working closely with a number of government agencies and local authorities. On the other hand they have a strong, specialist practice focussing on early stage, high growth companies launching new technology, software and e-commerce ventures.
They are also active in the media sector, working with media companies and television and film producers on development, through to distribution.
They are increasingly advising on data privacy and information security, and have worked with government on addressing the challenges of cybersecurity. And another growing area of work relates to social media policies and related brand management.
You will need to show strong experience in this area and be at least 6 years PQE. There are good prospects to step up to Senior Associate.
