Property and Corporate Lawyer | 3 years + PQE | Auckland

This firm is aiming be part of the premium tier of specialist corporate commercial firms in New Zealand, and they are well on their way to achieving that. The role is to work with two accomplished senior lawyers on a range of private corporate transactions. They are also seeing an increase in property related transactions and so they would also like to hear from property lawyers who would like to gain more corporate commercial experience. The client base is broad and guarantees interesting and varied work. For that reason they are looking for interesting and varied people.

They act for a range of privately held companies valued all the way up to over $1billion, and often still closely held by the family or founders. They work with well-established international businesses as well as start-ups throughout the lifecycle of the business. It makes for close and trusted client relationships. 

You will work with talented people, but importantly they want to hire someone who is passionate about life outside the office as well as the work they do when they are there. The recipe is simple - great work, good support and resources, and nice people. 

Ideally you will already have 3 years' experience in transactional corporate work and be keen to work in the private corporate space. Or you may want to move from a property role to something with more of a mix. Perhaps a move to a boutique environment, where you will be challenged, trusted, well-rewarded and valued is appealing.
