Typically, you will find yourself working on the following:

A full range of competition and regulation issues
Assisting in merger clearances
Telecommunications regulatory advice
Consumer protection
Investigations and litigation on cartel anti-competitive issues
providing competition advice on acquisitions.
providing general competition, FTA and securities advice to local and overseas corporate clients.

The team has a bias towards contentious work and so litigation skills will be valuable. You will need to have excellent technical skills and the ambition to grow the team. The partners encourage a friendly and collaborative environment because they believe that delivers the best results for clients, and hopefully makes it a more enjoyable place to work.
