The Wellington Dispute Resolution team is lead by three partners, so you will have plenty of partner access to ensure you are developing your skills with good structure and supervision. They work across a range of commercial disputes, including insurance, insolvency, regulatory, public law and IP matters, many of which are high profile. You will certainly have plenty of variety. There will also be the opportunity to develop courtroom advocacy skills, as well as those all important client relationship skills.

As for the team dynamic, you are most likely to succeed in the team if you have a professional yet friendly and energetic approach. Academics will be important and you will probably have at least four years PQE. They will consider applications for candidates with the right experience looking for a move out of the public sector.
